This week I focused on continuing to develop the alumni spotlight section while also refining other areas of the Spring 2026 Honors Program Newsletter. I spent a total of 4.5 hours working on the project.

One of the main things I worked on was reaching out to Rosalie Anthony to strengthen her spotlight feature. I wanted to make the section feel more personal and meaningful, so I tracked her down and asked if she would be willing to provide a quote about what the Honors College meant to her. This added a more authentic voice to the page and helped elevate it beyond just a written biography.

I also asked her to send over the original version of her photo so it would appear cleaner and higher quality in the newsletter. Having the original image makes a noticeable difference in how professional the final layout looks.

In addition to the alumni feature, I spent time going back through other sections of the newsletter to make small adjustments. This included improving alignment, spacing, and overall consistency to make sure everything feels cohesive.

Overall, this week was focused on refining details and adding stronger content, which continues to push the newsletter closer to a finalized version.
